Before actually starting with the project, we conducted a wide-ranging initial study which identified several problems right at the start. As part of the initial study, AITOM also contacted Vema’s regular clients and website visitors. We established from them what problems they had come up against on the preceding website.   

Our goal was to create website that is as user friendly as possible where the customer can find precisely what he is looking for.
